You have completed the first step in the CCBMA application process.

Purchase Your Examination Fee

Navigate to our store and purchase the examination fee for the certification(s) you are seeking and any other applicable fees. You can also find study materials to purchase in the store.

Watch Your Email

Shortly, you will be receiving an email shortly from CCBMA prompting you to create an account in our online portal. You will be able to see the status of your certification, upload supporting documentation and proof of CEUs completed, and view other communications from CCBMA.

After your account has been created, log in to the portal to upload the following required documents:

1. Copy of current U.S. government-issued identification with photo and signature
    
2. Copy of current CPR card
    
3. Statement of Proficiency form signed by the physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assitant if you are working or signed by your instructor if a graduate and (omit if) applying to sit for the clinical exam
    
4. Proof of employment (most current pay stub) or certificate of completion if a graduate (how you are applying)
